ABOUT ME
Empowering the Next Generation of Global African Scholars
I’m Aderonke Ambali — educator, founder of Brint Online School, and a passionate advocate for quality African-centered education for children in the diaspora. With years of experience designing engaging digital classrooms, I’m on a mission to make learning deeply relevant, accessible, and empowering for African families across the globe.

My Journey in Transforming Education
My journey started from the grassroots- from being an Education officer at the Lagos state universal basic education board while teaching hundred of children both in classroom settings and home schooling capacity.
When the world shifted during COVID, I turned my small home into a virtual classroom, teaching for up to 10 hours daily — often after homeschooling children in person.
That challenging season gave birth to Brint — built not from funding or connections, but sheer grit, vision, and a deep desire to give African children abroad what they were missing: an education that affirms who they are.
This Is More Than a Mission — It’s My Calling
Brint has now served over 700 learners across 8 countries. I lead a team of 130, running programs that fuse culture and technology — all rooted in the belief that African excellence should be homegrown, not outsourced.
But I’m more than a founder. I’m a storyteller, a dreamer, and a woman building legacies. Education, to me, is culture, identity, and power. That’s why I show up — on stages, in boardrooms, and online — to remind the world that African children deserve the best.
When I’m not leading Brint, I’m hosting conversations on education and culture, traveling solo for soul care, or building digital communities that spark change.
This isn’t just work. It’s purpose. And I’m only getting started.

The Brint Story
I started as a misfit at LASUBEB, surrounded by children who didn’t yet see their own power. But I saw it and I felt called to change their story.
A clear voice told me I would raise a generation of African children who would do things differently through education that honors their roots and identity.
By 2022, I saw African kids abroad losing touch with who they are. So I built BRINT not just a platform, but a movement to restore their culture, and sense of belonging.
BRINT is more than education. It’s a revolution of the heart and soul, reclaiming African childhoods across the world. And this is only the beginning.
JOURNEY OF LEGACY
LASUBEB
In 2016, I finished NYSC and landed my first job at LASUBEB a week later. The environment felt dull and limiting — like I didn’t belong. But purpose hides in unlikely places. Behind the paperwork were brilliant, struggling children who didn’t yet know their power.
I saw them. And I wanted them to see themselves too.
MASTERS
In 2018, I earned my Master’s. At a YP Lagos seminar that year, I clearly heard God say:
“You will raise a generation of African children who will do things differently — because of the education you give them.”
I didn’t fully understand it, but I kept showing up — teaching, serving, and creating safe spaces for children to thrive.
BRINT VISIONED
In 2022, I saw the gap: African children abroad were losing touch with their roots. So I built BRINT — a digital platform to restore the African childhood experience. It’s not just tech. It’s home. It’s culture. It’s belonging.
What started with a misfit at LASUBEB is now a global movement.
BRINT is soul work. And I’m just getting started.
Aderonke Ambali is one of the brightest minds I’ve had the privilege of working with.
Over the course of several months and multiple projects, I’ve witnessed firsthand her remarkable passion, unwavering determination, and rare bravery—qualities that truly set her apart. She doesn’t just lead; she creates an environment where growth is mutual and progress is inevitable. That, to me, is the mark of someone extraordinary.
I’m especially proud of the work she’s doing with Brint Online School. Her commitment to ensuring that children in the diaspora stay connected to their roots and never feel left behind is deeply inspiring. Time and again, I find myself asking—why does she care this much? And every time, her actions speak louder than any answer: she’s driven by purpose.
If you’re building anything within the EdTech space, Aderonke is someone you want in your corner. She brings vision, execution, and heart to the table. I endorse her fully and without reservation.

Aderonke Ambali is a goal getter and very passionate about her growth on her career path.
Here are a few things to keep in mind about Aderonke. Her humility, this has been evident on the way she takes feedback. She’s also very Responsive. She takes quick action and her Yes means consider it done.
Ronke is very compassionate. When I speak to her about a situation she applies concessions for people she don’t even know just because I’ve asked for her assistance. Aderonke is a good executor. A lot of things you have spoken to me about even your dreams has been fulfilled and this is very commendable. One thing Aderonke will do is put God first and put him at the center of everything. most especially in her business and career path. Ronke is very approachable. I find myself telling her personal things, she’s very accommodating.
I wish you many more success on this journey.

As someone who has been under her leadership for a little over two years, I can sincerely say that Aderonke Ambali has shown remarkable vision for the career. She has come a long way in building her brand especially Brint online school. She’s continuously changing the space to meet the needs of both learners and parents expectations. Her passion and commitment to delivering quality services can be clearly seen in the resources she invests in staff training and development. What has particularly stood out for me is her ability to bring the idea of Brint to life. Her focus on ensuring Brint remains responsive to the changing needs of education is truly commendable. I have no doubt that she will continue to learn, reflect, and grow as she moves forward.

Ms Aderonke is such an amazing person and one thing I am grateful for is how she cares about others most especially our children.
I can write so much about her but words are not enough to describe how she has been such a great blessing to me and my kids through her educational platform.
Her gentle ways of solving issues is a rare gift that I want to embrace as a woman and as a mother.
I believe the best way to express how I feel about her is to say she’s a role model to us all.
